Company Background

A. T. Professionals places and supervises diverse administrative specialists who have held executive-level administrative positions. Our key administrative representatives spent an average of 25 years in positions supporting CEO's, CFO's, Boards of Directors, and other community and business leaders. Most have also held supervisory positions, served as office managers and led team-building, communications, and customer-service committees in large organizations. Our administrative team has exceptional analytical, research, computer, time-management and organizational skills. We also hire skilled temporary clerical staff for day-to-day clerical functions, as needed, to fill staff shortages or vacancies at our client sites. Team members' previous employers include City of Cincinnati, Procter & Gamble, General Electric, Veteran's Hospital Medical Center, several nonprofit organizations, and small and mid-sized privately owned businesses.

A.T. Professionals, LLC began operation in 2001 providing administrative services to nonprofit agencies. Our work with clients often quickly led to questions about technical and computing questions as they related to reduced capabilities and lost productivity time. A.T. Professionals had an ongoing relationship with SYMANET, Inc. for technical support and consultation and partnered with them for technical support for our clients.  SYMANET, Inc. was established in 1991 providing a full-range of technical support services.  In 2007, A.T. Professionals, LLC and SYMANET, Inc. merged to provide a more comprehensive package of services to our clients. A.T. Professionals is the administrative division of SYMANET, Inc.

Technical Background:

It is critical to create a technology environment that begins with the foundation needed to meet your immediate goals as well as prepare your business for growth without re-inventing your computing capabilities each time you add new services or staff.  Many times the small business owner or independent consultant will begin with a single PC to prepare their work product, communicate via email and conduct Internet research.  But often times, it quickly becomes necessary to be able to set up shared files within the office, add peripherals such as scanners, faxes, or PDA devices, add additional email accounts, create or update a website, integrate your database or contact management files with your accounting system or email capabilities.

Having a reliable IT resource who can quickly and effectively keep your business growing at your pace is critical to staying competitive.

Our technical consultants also have over 30 years of technical experience and have consulted with small startup companies, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. Services include network administration and maintenance, system integration, performance, and security; database development; installations, upgrades and repairs; hardware and software recommendations and management; and consulting and planning for startups or expansion.
